NEW GUILD RULES - EVERYONE SHOULD READ IT

Hello everyone,

In order to make sure that the disaster from last night premades won't happen again, the Officers have decided to make some new rules:

1st - The new guys in the guild (Recruit) have one week to show to the Class Leader u deserve to become a Member, and that doesn't mean be nice to your Class Leader, it means you must show some work (a lot of work to be damn honest); if you don't get promoted untill the end of the week it means you haven't made your job properly and you will not stay in the guild.

2nd - To become a Member (and to stay in Semper Unum) you need to:
> be active;
> willing to make premades (NO ONE will whisper you anymore to come or /beg, you don't come your choice, you will get what you worked for);
> get on Ventrilo ONE MINUTE (MAXIMUM) after the raid invite, if you take more than that you are wasting people's time and patiente;
> do everything your Premade Leader tells, and I mean EVERYTHING!!!
> don't EVER zerg // leave a base undefended // middle field fight.

3rd - We would like to see everyone registered on this forum, it took time to make and it's not here only to post pics, it have some usefull information on it.

4th - don't whine about marks, you aren't here to get marks but to have fun and do PvP, and as everyone knows, whining isn't funny at all, the guild will help you if it is a generalised need and if you ask us.

5th - don't assume that just because you are a Member you will stay in Semper Unum forever, if you slack your Class Leader or the Guild Master can kick / demote you (but be aware that ONLY those 2 people can make it, if you are removed or demoted by someone else report it to your CL or to the GM).

6th - for the ones who don't know yet, the guild requirements have been increased and so EVERYONE should have 300 resilience (minimum) untill 18th February - if you dont get it you will be kicked.
